Linire Mulima is a trusted corporate and commercial lawyer and governance advisor with nearly over 29 years of experience, including 25 years at senior and executive level. She has advised on complex, high-value transactions and programmes across banking, telecommunications, infrastructure, and international development.

She has played a central advisory role in multi-million-dollar donor-funded programmes, including the multi-million dollar Millennium Challenge Compacts, and is recognised for her expertise in governance, commercial structuring, and construction law — including FIDIC-based contracting and dispute adjudication.

Her work is distinguished by a pragmatic, commercially grounded approach that aligns legal strategy with institutional and business objectives.
